How To Fix Minecraft Launcher Installer Not Working

While Minecraft is playable on just about anything, some people have their preferences with playing the game on PC, where you can access both the Bedrock and Java editions of the game. However, you first have to get the games on your hard drive before you have a chance to play them. If you are having issues getting the Minecraft Launcher installer to work, here are some suggestions to fix it.



Sign out and check the date, time, and region



If you are having issues getting the Minecraft Launcher to install, we first recommend rebooting your PC and signing out and then back into the Microsoft Store or the Xbox apps, whichever you are using to access the launcher. You can now install Minecraft Launcher through Game Pass. To sign out, click the profile icon at the top of the window and then click Sign Out.



Also, check that your date and time zone are correct on your computer. If they are not, right click the date and/or time in the lower left corner of your screen to adjust date/time. Make sure that Set time automatically is turned on and Set time zone automatically is turned on. Click on Synchronize to sync your clock and press Sync Now. Before exiting the Settings, click on Region to the left-hand of the screen.



Troubleshoot Windows Store and Update Windows



- Open up Settings - Go to Update & Security - Click on the Troubleshoot section and then Additional troubleshooters. Scroll down to the bottom and select Windows Store Apps. Follow this link to reset your computer. If you haven't updated your Windows in a while, open Settings and go to Update & Security. Click Check for Update in Windows Update.



Reset the store



If you haven't been able to solve the problem, we recommend that you reset the store. Click on your search bar next to the Start button and input wsreset. Click on the Run command entry to open a black box. You can't do anything unless the box disappears and the shop opens again. MINECRAFT
