Minecraft has seen its fair share of recreations. Premium e There are plenty of blocky take on other media, whether it is a YouTuber doing a twisty version of Tetris or a fan creating their own Dark Souls-inspired game. It's only logical to know that there are many Minecraft builds inspired by Lord of the Rings.

Many of the builds we write about are large in scale and intricate, but this one from DesignMinion is all small details. DesignMinion posted a Reddit clip of a new door that they had created. It is a stunning recreation of The Mines of Moria. Some people laugh at the idea of it leading to a mine while others think it's a tomb. Premium e All we know for sure is that this is a stunning door.

It almost feels like you are browsing through the IKEA catalogue, as you look at it. JUST PREMIUM E "The line art is made with white concrete blocks. The stone texture was made with stone, deepslate, cyan terracotta and stone 'staircases' that escalate towards the south to make the stone grey slightly brighter."

DesignMinion did this by creating a canvas in Photoshop, copying the original Tolkien artwork, and then turning it into four maps.

A fancy new door to my mine from Minecraft

Another excellent detail is The Watcher, which is just a little squid dude in this version, but a horrifying Hobbit-eating Kraken in the normal version of the world. It's glowing because of a side effect of a shader DesignMinion is using called Sildur's Vibrant Shaders v1.32 Medium. Although it's not a big deal, it's an amusing nod to the Lord of the Rings.
