Someone has created an Minecraft version of Wordle and Wordle, which is a remarkable feat when you consider it. Reddit user urgle_gurgle - stellar name - hasn't just gone through the trouble of creating a working version of Wordle in Minecraft, but has done so in the vanilla version of the building game. They explained how they managed to achieve this and then uploaded the entire thing to Curseforge so that you can download it and play for yourself.

While we are often able to see incredible Minecraft creations, the skill and intelligence required to pull off this one really stands out. Urgle_gurgle explains how they have implemented word checking using "a number of maths to assign every word to an uniqe number (in base26) that will be stored in an execute if score command with Python scripts".

Another issue is the need for a daily word. While the idea is easy to understand, it's not as easy for a computer, especially one that isn't required to sync with the timezone. Redditor once again came up with a method to accomplish this, much like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. They managed to get it all working by creating a brand new word available whenever you start the game again. MEGA BLOG

It's difficult to get your mind around if you don't program, but we appreciate it regardless. You could theoretically start playing Wordle whenever you want, and this Minecraft version could be better than the real Wordle.
